This lesson starts in the morning for a more mellow experience where the focus is on paddle skill-building, muscle memory, and learning the rules of the road so everyone can enjoy cruising the waterways with confidence. This small group lesson is lead by a Paddle Method coach who loves to share the stoke of SUP and get you moving on the water and on the learning curve and is a fun way to learn techniques, meet new paddlers, or just get quality time with a professional SUP coach.
