Whether you’re a yoga newbie or were the valedictorian of your Yoga Teacher Training, this class is suitable for you. We use stable paddle boards specifically designed for yoga, so you will feel balanced and confident. The calm waters of Logan Creek, along Rides Wildlife Preserve, shelter us from waves and the loud noises of boats and cars.
Bring water and sunscreen, and prepare to relax. Do a yoga class before a kayak tour, and your muscles will be stretched and ready to paddle by the time you reach your kayak.
Yoga is led by Jacqueline Soukup, RYT 200, of Sun Yoga Bum.
