WhaSUP?! My name is Jen & I created Adventure Fitness LLC in 2009.
After getting diagnosed with an autoimmune illness in 2011 that took me out a few years, I am happy to be back at it again! I have been a personal trainer for years, water sports & nutrition fanatic my whole life! I remember my health class in 7th grade & how much it clicked with me! I have worked & competed in the water my whole life! Being born in the Rockies, & growing up skiing/snowboarding, I am a true mountain girl, & only get to surf ocean waves rarely. That is why I surf river waves!
After teaching group fitness classes, training at gyms, & doing outdoor boot camps with a friend, I realized it was rare you would find me in the gym in the summer! My workouts are outside--full-body, strength, cardio, balance & functional fitness, not to mention learning a NEW SPORT of SUP!! Adventure Fitness SUP classes have on-land training, stretching with our paddles, board fitness mixed of Crossfit, yoga & SUP race training!! I LOVE it! The most FUN way to get fit ever!! And if you bail, or get sucked through the rapids, I can rescue you! 😉 Come paddle with me & my team!!!
