At Paddle Nantucket we offer guided paddle tours, private and group lessons, workshops and weekly SUP yoga classes. We like to think of ourselves as Ambassadors of the Sea & sport of SUP. We teach the fundamentals of paddle boarding to beginners and work with intermediate and advanced paddlers on stroke technique and paddle fitness. Approached as an full-body workout and we work with our clients to increase speed, efficiency and endurance.
Not interested in hitting the water hard? Many of our paddle tours are casual and family-friendly. Getting out on the water is an incredible way to see Nantucket and saturate in her beauty, so whether you take one of our SUP yoga classes, or book a private sunset tour, you will learn how to combine mindfulness & dynamic exercise, while enjoying our incredible surroundings.
