Precious Breath is owned and operated by Claudia Scalisi. She is a accomplished yoga teacher and has been teaching Yoga and SUP Yoga since 2012 in both Melbourne and Perth. Claudia grew up near the ocean and is also an accomplished skate board rider.
She has been practicing yoga on and off since 2000, starting with Astanga and is trained in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and currently studying Shiva Rae’s Prana Flow
Claudia started the SUP Yoga school to introduce others to the benefits and fun of yoga on the water. At the age of 22, she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, which left her unable to walk without assistance. Yoga and being on the water helped heal and bring her body back to life.
Claudia holds ASI Level 1 SUP Instructor (Enclosed Flat Water) and ASI SUP Yoga Trainer accreditation, water rescue and first aid certificates, 200 hour yoga teacher – registered with Yoga Alliance and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Precious Breath is also an ASI SUP Instructor Training Centre, with Claudia authorised to train others to be SUP Yoga Instructors.
Precious Breath offers a range of SUP Yoga experiences Join in with regular classes offered during the day, sunrise and sunset. Private, group and corporate groups can be accommodated. SUP paddling tours is also offered.
SUP Yoga sessions and SUP tours are conducted at Crawley on the Matilda Bay foreshore. It has stunning scenery with city views coupled with lush tree tops and perfect calm waters.
