Deanna Arecco established Salty Soul Yoga in 2021.
Deanna is a RYT 500 YACEP who began her yoga journey in 2017 becoming a certified yoga instructor from The Funky OM. Continuing with advanced training through Always at Aum, certifying her in Yin, Restorative, Kids and Chair Yoga as well as a Reiki Practitioner. Deanna took her practice to the water and became a certified SUP Yoga WPA class 1 instructor. Before she fell in love with yoga, Deanna taught kickboxing classes, assisted women’s self-defense seminars, and practiced MMA.
SUP Yoga is a yoga class on a Stand Up Paddleboard. Practicing a gentle vinyasa flow outside giving you a perfect place to ground and reset. SUP yoga helps improve your balance, core strength, and the ability to challenge yourself. Class begins with a short paddle, anchoring the boards and then connecting our body and our breath. The class is designed and modified for all levels.
