I found meditation, aromatherapy, and yoga as a tool and therapy to address, health, trauma, and emotional health. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 15 with no cure; leaving me to a life on steroids with not a lot of options to stay well and fight infection. Yoga, breath, energy, has deeply helped the vitality in my life, as well as, opened me up to a beautiful community of humans to share experiences with.
As my experience grew, I began to take classes to the water and now offer SUP yoga for practicing yogis and beginners alike. Join me for a peaceful class on the water and leave feeling renewed.
