Welcome to us to paddle SUP. Here you get great service and a fantastic experience in one of Stockholm's absolutely calmest waters. Feel free to bring a friend and rent an SUP together. Or make it a training session called duga, paddling SUP gives good core training and you can choose which heart rate you want to be in.

Drop-in or pre-book?When you pre-book your time, you do not have to wait, and it is a little cheaper for you. Our booking schedule is updated and you can book close if you want. But if you do not have time, you can take a chance on our drop-in as well.
